Tranno Robotics helps precast and prefab plants in North America take a robot from purchased to reliably doing a job — deployment, integration, custom development, and keeping it running. We handle the part that is actually hard.
A robot that works in the showroom and a robot that works next to a casting bed are two different machines. We do the work in between.
Cell layout, control panels, PLC hookup, safety assessment, and commissioning — done on your floor, around your production schedule, signed off working.
Local first-line support: managed spare-parts programs, preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, site visits. No shipping your machine overseas.
CE is not recognized in Canada. We coordinate the compliant path onto the plant floor — CSA / cUL field evaluation, CSA Z432 / Z434 risk assessment, Ontario PSR — working with accredited bodies and licensed engineers, through to sign-off.
Fitting the robot into how your plant actually runs — the forms, the crane schedule, the people on either side of it. Not a fenced cell dropped in a corner.
Vision, end-of-arm tooling, and cell logic written for your parts and your process — the IT-engineering half of our founding team, applied to your floor.
Generic integrators are built for automotive and packaging: sealed halls, fixed takt, a fenced cell on a painted floor. A precast plant is a different animal, and the difference is exactly where deployments die:
We walk your line, capture the requirement, and build the ROI case — before anyone talks about hardware.
Vendor-neutral selection and a fixed quote against the job. You see exactly what you're buying and why.
Cell build, controls, safety assessment, and commissioning on your floor — signed off working, not "delivered".
Your operators run it. We stay on call with parts, maintenance, and remote diagnostics.
Most automation equipment on the market is good. What's scarce is someone local who makes it produce — and answers the phone afterwards.

Typical first stations. We assess your floor and start where the payback is shortest.

Pavers, blocks, tiles, small components — the repetitive lifting that wears people out and turns over crews fastest.

Mold cleaning, release-agent application, surface finishing, deburring — dirty, consistent-motion work a robot holds tolerance on all shift.

Coordinating CSA / cUL field evaluation, CSA Z432 and Z434 risk assessment, and Ontario PSR for imported industrial equipment — from customs to a signed-off, running cell.

Our own lab: a jobsite delivery robot developed end-to-end in ROS 2 and Gazebo — perception, navigation, material handling. All footage labeled simulation.
Capability offering. Project delivery experience in industrial automation and control systems; North American robotics references in progress.
Your product is ready. North America is not a product problem — it is a compliance and service problem. CE does not transfer. Certification findings come back in English to an engineering team that works in Chinese. Customers expect a local phone number and someone who shows up. Shipping a unit back across the Pacific for warranty work costs more than the margin on the sale.
We are based in Toronto and we cover that gap:
We do not require exclusivity to start, and we do not take title to inventory. We are open to distribution, agency, or pure service-subcontract arrangements.
Talk to us about North AmericaTranno Robotics puts robots to work in construction manufacturing — precast concrete plants, prefab and modular component manufacturers, and building material fabrication shops across North America.
Our founders include construction engineers and IT engineers, with more than ten years of hands-on construction industry experience. That combination is the point: robotics companies have the technology but not the trade knowledge; construction manufacturers have the production problems but not the engineering. We sit in the middle, on the plant floor.
The founding team also carries decades of industrial automation and systems integration work delivered in Asia — Delta, Yokogawa, Xylem, and Siemens product lines, stated as background only; no current authorization implied. We work in English and Chinese.
Tranno Robotics

We are looking for 2–3 pilot plants. Tell us your hardest station — an engineer replies, not a sales queue.
